Delete your account and your data

Delete it yourself

1. Open your profile.
2. Scroll to Danger zone → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password.

Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What is removed

Your username, email address, password hash, sessions, licences and IP history.

What is kept

Forum threads and replies stay, reattributed to a reserved [deleted] account, so other members' conversations are not destroyed by one person leaving. Nothing in them identifies you.

Support tickets are kept while we still need them to handle a dispute or a payment, then removed. See the Privacy Policy for the retention detail.

Paid membership

Deleting the account ends the membership immediately. There is no partial refund of a period already paid for.
